A replication feature allows data to be replicated between users, PCs or servers within a company. You can transfer data to Outlook and to PDAs (PocketPC, SmartPhone, Palm). This gives you the flexibility to access the data anytime, anywhere.
Saving Time
Automatic document creation or mail merges for word or e-mail save a great deal of time. This function allows you to send personalised content to hundreds of addresses with just a few clicks of the mouse. The search feature delivers data from the database, even down to CV content, in seconds, thus avoiding the need for hard-disk or network-file searches. Linking documents and files of all types including scanned paper documents, makes searching so much easier. You also save time using the text search feature for text in the attached files (pdf, doc, xls, ppt, htm etc.) to find candidates. If you use a job site or candidate application form on your homepage, this data can also be transferred.
History
The contact history feature shows you all previous activities and documents at a glance. All information remains saved as the database has a virtually limitless capacity.
Process Optimisation
Entering detailed profiles or CVs can be very time consuming. By integrating "Meffert job eXchange", this task is delegated to the candidate. Alternatively, you can add the original CV (e.g. via Scanner) directly to the database. Addresses and e-mails can also be imported.
Quality
Meffert Recruiter avoids duplication and shows links for all available data (candidates, companies, projects, activities and documents). Keywords, codes and qualifications can be administered using catalogue tables and allow targeted selection. For companies with a large number of users, data quality can be monitored by creating specific reports.
Security
Your data is kept safe from unauthorised access. Data use within the company can be managed and monitored in detail. Authorisation to print, export, delete or edit each individual data category can be set for each user. Users can also be deactivated or have time-restrictions placed on the account.
Individual and Creative
You can provide clients with professional reports at the click of a button. The wide range of report options, which come as standard, allow you to create professional reports with your data and logo. The integrated, bespoke reporting function is matched to your corporate design. Many export functions offer further options for displaying, forwarding or editing information, e.g. with Word, Excel or as a PDF. A CV, based on your corporate template, can be sent to Word automatically, ensuring all CVs have the same look.
